PURPLE

My 3-year-old LOVES purple!  She does not like to get her hair done but is a little more willing when she gets a purple bow!  Here are a few I made today just for her.

School Uniform Colors

All the schools around make you wear the dreaded school uniforms. I do not like them and hate that my child can't choose what she wants to wear to school. I made a few bows to add to the boring colors she has to wear (Again, sorry about the photos...one of these days I am going to find someone with a good camera and retake all the pictures)!!

Small Ribbon Flowers

I tried making some smaller flowers tonight. I really like how they turned out. I am not planning on leaving a dime on them but I haven't found buttons I like yet! They use two different techniques to make the petals so there is a totally different look with this first one.

Small Ribbon Flowers

I made these ribbon flowers with only two layers. I think they turned out perfect!! They aren't too tall and still look like a cute flower. I still need to find a button or other embellishment for the center on these clips. I made them for school so that my oldest has something cute to wear in her hair to off-set the boring uniform she has to wear (she is not excited about the colors)!!

Ribbon Flower

This looks complicated but it really isn't. This flower is four layers which makes it a little tall. I still love it and think it turned out really cute. I need to find some cute center buttons to put on these bows. This one has a butterfly because that is all I could find when I made it!
